AMC takes us back to the beginning of the zombie apocalypse, LA style, this summer to give us the West Coast perspective on undead cannibals. As huge fans of the show, we can only hope they continue to rule our Sunday nights. As much as we love what they’ve done with TWD, we can’t help but wonder what the new show will look like without Frank Darabont’s involvement. His efforts laid the tone and framework for all the success that followed, but Kirkman’s involvement and the writing team have proven they know how to weave a story. This new series launches summer 2015.
