Avoid movie-related spoilers this week as they’re bound to happen! I’m calling this one as the biggest financial win for Marvel this year, and a total RESET of the Marvel Cinematic Universe trajectory. Kevin Feige has gone on the record to state that:
“…now that we have characters from the ‘X-Men’ world, the Mutants, we haven’t had access to before.
So, this is the beginning of that, and every [movie] post ‘Deadpool & Wolverine’ will be the mutant era coming into the MCU.”
Comic-Con later this week will be the big delivery of the news, and the timing couldn’t work better for Marvel. We’ll be watching this week, so stay tuned for reviews and discussions as we eagerly await the introduction of the Mutants to the MCU, and how that will affect Avengers moving forward. CAN NOT WAIT!!!
